Located near the Río de la Plata this small residential building comprises six one-bedroom apartments and four duplex units on the upper floors. The split-level apartments create generous double-height living spaces, enhancing natural light and spatial quality. The project is conceived around a restrained single-material palette, with exposed concrete defining the façades, exposed slabs and ceilings, and washed concrete floors, creating a unified architectural expression.
