Located near the Port of Olivos in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, this residential building is organized around a series of flexible, open-plan units designed to accommodate changing patterns of living and working. The adaptable layouts allow each unit to be subdivided or reconfigured over time, supporting both residential and professional use as apartments, offices, or studios.
Exposed concrete is the predominant material throughout the project, defining the façades, exposed slabs and ceilings, and reinforcing a clear and cohesive architectural identity.
Designed as partner at CJL Arquitectos.
