Located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, this residential building brings together a diverse mix of apartment typologies, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. All apartments feature generous terraces conceived as extensions of the interior spaces, providing an additional outdoor living area. Exposed concrete is the predominant material throughout the project, defining the façades, walls, exposed slabs and ceilings, and floors.
